Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. At  J.C.’s Jewelry and Repair, we strive to provide each and every guest with an experience that makes them feel confident in their purchase. For any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Purchases made between November 11th and December 31st can be returned through January 14th.

How to Return a Item

At J.C.’s we want to make the return process as easy as possible. Here’s what you need to do:

  • Email [email protected] and indicate the reason for your return. We are always looking for ways to do better!
  • Box your item securely, in the original packaging if possible.
  • Your packing slip or original receipt MUST accompany the return.
  • Ship your package, insured for the full price to:

What happens next?

Our J.C.’s staff will inspect your item before processing the refund. If all is good then we will credit your original payment less any shipping charges. Please allow three weeks to receive the refund.

Some items cannot be returned

Exclusions include items that show any sign of wear, damage or alteration, Special-Order, personalized items and customized pieces. Watches can be returned if unworn or unaltered and must accompany original packing including instructions and warranty information.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately. J.C.’s Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
