Payment Terms

Orders placed on layaway require 20% down payment plus applicable taxes.
A monthly payment is required.
Customers have the option of paying the layaway order balance in full at any time prior to the completion of the 6-month layaway period.

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

The layaway deposit is refundable within the first 30 days. After 30 days, the deposit will be issued as an in-store credit in the form of a gift card.
If layaway goes unpaid for 2 months, the order will automatically be canceled, and any monies paid will be forfeited.
After 6 months, if layaway is unpaid in full, all monies will be forfeited.
Unaltered merchandise is only returnable within 30 days after layaway has been paid in full.
