Absolutely impressed with their customer service. And their ability to stand behind their product. I was looking for an engagement ring and went to a bunch of other places. Where are they gave me the runaround. And I went to a high-end jewelry store and they act like they didn’t wanna help me at all. But this place right here walked me through everything and I found the perfect engagement ring. I will continue to do business with them in the future and anybody who asked me do I know a good jeweler or jewelry store this place is the first name coming out of my mouth.
Went there for the first time because the battery in my watch gave out. They were very friendly, professional and prompt. And the services were extremely reasonable. I will use them in the future.
I recently found my grandfather's watch that had been sitting in a box for 40+ years that I wanted to pass down to my son. I took it to them to have the battery replaced and when they popped the back off, one of the brackets holding the watch to the band snapped off. They told me that due to the age of the material, they weren't going to be able to fix it. I was devastated and after explaining the importance of the watch, they assured me they'd do everything they could to make it right. Fast forward 2 weeks and the watch is completely fixed; can't even tell it was broken! I would highly recommend J.C.'s and will absolutely go back!
Dropped off multiple pieces for repair and picked up the following day. Couldn't be happier with service. Very informed staff, fair pricing, and great atmosphere. Added a bracelet to my wishlist and will no doubt return to do business with in the future.

Got a replacement wedding ring here. Every staff member we came across was super friendly and helpful, worked with us on repair cost, and reworked the ring 2x for us while we waited in the store to make sure we got the perfect fit.

Took my mother here to have a clasp replaced on a necklace. I went in with her because, well, she's 80 and some places will take advantage of the elderly. She was treated with the utmost respect. Her necklace was repaired on the spot and she was only charged $8. I was very impressed with the service here and will recommend you to everyone that I know.
