Processing Time

After the order is placed, processing time to prepare and ship the package is 2-5 business days depending on the day and on the time that the order is placed. If you need the order processed and shipped by a guaranteed date, then please reach out to us at 618-624-3900 during normal business hours or reach out to us through our Contact Us page. You can also send us a message through our Facebook Page (@jcthejeweler).

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for all orders over $100 through USPS. This option allows for tracking but does not require a signature. For orders under $100, there is a flat rate charge of $10.

Flat Rate Shipping Options (Domestic Orders Only)

USPS Priority mail (tracking but no signature) – $10 for orders under $100
USPS Priority (tracking with signature required) – $25
2-day UPS (tracking with signature required) – $50

There is a $25 charge for rush processing.

Store Pickup

Order online and pick up your order in our O’Fallon, IL, or Florissant, MO store location.

International Orders

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.
